So, you’ve just ordered your dream piece of furniture. Now, it’s time for us to get it to your home. The delivery team is friendly, flexible and helpful. They will ensure your furniture arrives on time and in the right condition.
We aim to schedule deliveries within 10 working days of purchase. We have two services to choose from. You can have your items sent to you via roadside pallet delivery or, our highly-rated ‘White Glove Service’. Why choose the White Glove Service? Because it’s the most complete delivery service available. White Glove includes delivery, assembly, positioning and eco-friendly packaging disposal. So, you can spend less time fussing and more time enjoying your furniture.

More About White Glove Delivery
The White Glove service is available to select at checkout. Once you have selected the option and completed the steps at checkout, we will contact you directly to organise your delivery slot. This may take a few days while we organise the delivery routes. However, we will contact you ASAP.
Setting Up White Glove Delivery
Please be aware that selecting the white-glove service may alter the delivery time frame. This service depends on the availability of our couriers and routes to your area. We always aim to schedule delivery within 10 working days of purchase but, there may be rare occasions where we are unable to meet this deadline. If we are struggling to meet the 10-working day target, we would always call to let you know.
Unfortunately, the White Glove service is not available to all postcodes. Orders going to AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30-PO41 postcode districts are exempt. Please be aware that despite not being available, the option may still be visible at checkout. If your postcode is exempt, please do not select this option. If you are unsure whether or not this applies to your home address, please call us on 01200 444585 to discuss.
White Glove Delivery: On the Day
Delivery slots are usually given a 3-4 hour window. Our couriers will always call you on the day when they are about half an hour away. Please ensure there is adequate access for our couriers on the day of delivery and enough space has been cleared for assembly. This helps our couriers operate a more efficient service for you.
